TSM is committed to being on the cutting edge of sourcing products made from sustainable, renewable components. Our research has focused on biopolymers. These are alternatives to petroleum-based polymers. Biopolymers can be made from renewable resources such as corn and soybeans. The research we are doing is trending positively. Our goal is to be able to compete with petrochemical products in performance and cost, with the added value of being truly recyclable and/or compostable products.
